Your claim will be reviewed within 2 business days. Once reviewed, a customer service agent from Stirling Trailers will contact you. You may be asked for a copy of your bill of sale at that time.

To help us process your claim quickly, please upload clear photos of the trailer and issue. Please review the upload instructions below.
Maximum file size: 5 MB
Upload Instructions:
• 1 to 2 photos of the complete trailer taken from different angles so we can see its overall condition.
• Clear close-up photos of the affects area with surrounding parts visible to show exactly where the issue is located.
• A copy of your bill of sale is not required at this time, but it may be requested during the claims process. To help avoid delays, you may upload a photo or copy of your bill of sale here.
